Description'In reply to your letter of June 24th, your paper, together with several others was read in title at the last meeting of the session, namely June 17th. By Standing Order a paper "shall be considered to have been read if one of the Secretaries has read its title only".
Owing to the large accumulation of papers it was not possible to invite all the authors to read their papers.'
