DescriptionInforms the recipient that the Royal Society believes he should be regarded as a research chemists engaged in work of national importance. For that reason the Society recommends that the recipient should not be called up for service with the Colours. Informs the recipient that because he is already attested, he needs to get his local recruiting officer to get in touch with the Society for a certificate of military exemption.
