Notes that with regards to the latter part of the Statute, the position would be simplified if Professor [Arthur Robertson] Cushny could substitute the words 'for more than five consecutive elections' for the existing words 'from more than five years from the date thereof'. If Professor Cushny agrees with this, then a notice of motion will be sent round to hihglight this ammendment.
