DescriptionRefers to an earlier enquiry from Professor [Arthur Robertson] Cushny into the certificate of Dr. T. [Thomas] Lewis. Notes that Professor [Ernest Henry] Starling usually looks after this certificate, with Dr. C. [Charles] J. [James] Martin as the second signatory. Informs Professor Cushny that, with both of these men out of the country, a ciruclar has been sent to Mr. [Joseph] Barcroft asking if the certificate should be resuspended.
