DescriptionAdverts to Mr. [George Henry] Lyons' letter on the subject of paragraph five of the original scheme of the organisation of the National Physical Laboratory. Notes that the six persons originally appointed as members of the Kew Committee have fulfilled their term of office, therefore the portion of paragraph five relating to those members has ceased to be operative. Also notes that the paragraph relating to the Gassiot Committee ceased to be operative in 1910.
