DescriptionInforms Dr. [William Whitehead] Watts that arrangements were made with Professor [George Ellery] Hale who agreed to send the Diploma of Dr. [Grove Karl] Gilbert, Foreign Member, to Dr. Gilbert's family as a keepsake. With regard to Dr. Watts' proposal that a Bulletin be issued by the Conjoint Board, notes that neither he nor Dr. [Arthur] Schuster have any objection to this, however, that the issue should be brought before the Committee of Papers before effect is given to it.
