Explains that, at present, the Stationery Office are unable to publish them as part of the Sleeping Sickness Reports. Encloses Dr. Carpenter's Reports and asks Dr. G. A. K. Marshall if perhaps they could be published by the Imperial Bureau of Entomology [not enclosed].
