|Informs [Mr.] Symes that the psychogalvanic research would come under the Government Grant, the deadline for applications to which has passed, and the metabolic work would fall to the Food Committee. Notes that if [Mr.] Symes can let him know the sum required then the latter application can be put before the Food Committee for consideration on the 18th.
