|Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to the Secretary of the General Post Office
|7 March 1919
|Informs the Secretary that the address they suggested is not suitable for the Society as it has nothing to do with portraits. Notes that the Society will continue to use 'Royal Society, London' but asks that the Secretary instruct the delivery offices to be careful and prompt in the delivery of messages as addressed.
