DescriptionInforms Professor [William Abbott] Herdman that he has made a note of the morning of June 5th for a meeting of the Grain Pests (War) Committee. Reminds Professor Herdman that the printers accidentally printed Memorandum No. 5 as a Report in 8vo form and in order to save them reprinting, they ordered twenty five copies in this form. Asks Professor Herdman if he wishes to have the whole memorandum set up again in the larger type.
