DescriptionInforms Sir David Bruce that he can tell Miss Robertson that the actual stage of progress in the matter is in the hands of the Colonial Office. Writes what they know so far: that the scheme of the expedition was propounded to the Colonial Office, who replied asking for an estimate of costs, which was submitted to them and now they are in consultation with the Governors of Uganda and East Africa, and the Foreign Office.
