Date24 July 1919

The information is felt to be incomplete and enquiries will be made as to the terms of the trust and financial situation. Asks the source of the capital for the production of supplementary volumes, and the general financing of the new venture. Leave is asked to consult people interested in education on the possible use of the Encyclopaedia for home education, and advises the Council is sceptical about the educational part of the scheme.
