DescriptionAdvises that the recipient's paper 'The theoretical development of the terms of the long period in the mean motion of the Moon' is being returned after the recipient withdrew it by letter dated 5 June. Requests in accordance with Standing Order 40 the author return the manuscript or a certified copy [to be placed in the Royal Society Archives]. Advises that the recipient's paper on the 'Comparison between observations & Hansen's lunar tables as supplemented by the omitted planetary terms of long period'' was considered, but considered not suitable for publication.
