TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to JH [Sir James Hopwood] Jeans Esq,FRS
Date23 October 1919
DescriptionIn reference to the paper 'Note on WJ Johnston's Calculus for Generalised Relativity' by Sir Joseph Larmor, FRS, communicated by James Hopwood Jeans, FRS, that was to go forward for publication with Dr Schuster's approval, they have now received a second paper from Sir Joseph Larmor with the same title. Dr [Sir Arthur] Schuster, FRS, has decided the two papers should be treated as one, which would print as 16 pages instead of 4 in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society,' and would like to know if he approves the paper going forward under Standing Order 43, or if he wishes to nominate a referee.
