DescriptionSends a resolution of the Council of the Royal Society 21 March 1889; "Read a letter from HM [His Majesty's] Treasury announcing the intention of their Lordships to present to the Society the surplus copies of the Catalogue of Scientific Papers (Vols I-VIII) at present lying at the Stationery Office. Resolved:- That the best thanks of the Society be tendered to the Lords Commissioners of HM treasury for their very liberal donation."
