DescriptionAdvises the Council have set aside the meeting of the 5 February for discussion, and have asked Sir James Hopwood Jeans, FRS, to open a discussion on the Theory of Relativity, with [Arthur Stanley] Eddington, FRS, continuing the theoretical side. [Sir Frank Watson] Dyson, FRS, and hopefully [Alfred] Fowler, FRS, will talk about observations including those of [John] Evershed, FRS, and St John. Requests Professor HF [Hugh Frank] Newall, FRS, be present and take part in the discussion.
