Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to the High Commissioner for New Zealand, 415 Strand, WC2 |
Date | 17 July 1919 |
Description | Concerning fifty copies of the 'New Zealand magnetic survey report,' advises he has consulted with Dr [Charles] Chree, FRS, of the Kew Observatory to further distribute copies, and Dr Chree has drawn up a list of forty individuals and institutions that they may be sent to. Harrison does not think the Royal Society has the staff and opportunities to do the work of distribution, and asks if the High Commission would be able to do this from their office for 30 typed addresses, while the Royal Society distribute nine or ten to the Fellows suggested by Dr Chree. |
