TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to J Spottiswoode Wilson, Atherton by Manchester
Date23 May 1892
DescriptionRix thanks Wilson for his letter of 9 May which has been laid before the Officers. While thanking him for his courtesy Rix regrets so say that the proposed paper will scarcely be suitable for reading before the Royal Society. The British Government, has not so far as he is aware, interested itself in the appointment of the International Earth Measurement Commission.
