DescriptionDr Vaughan Harley's paper on the 'Formation of Sugar direct from proteids' has never been read and had dropped of the Society's list of papers on hand because Lord Rayleigh [John William Strutt] had written against the title 'asks to be withdrawn'. The paper was voted for the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]' last Thursday. Rix asks how to proceed with the paper.
