Date31 May 1892
DescriptionIn reply to Nimbsgern's letter of 30 May, the prize of which Nimbsgern speaks is 'pure fiction'. The Royal Society has never offered any prize for squaring of the circle. From Nimbsgern's letter Rix understands that he would prefer his manuscript returned so he encloses it herewith, together with the Post Office receipt which accompanied his last letter.
