TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Messrs Harrison & Sons
Date21 June 1892
DescriptionWith reference to Rix's recent interview with Mr Harrison, Rix has consulted the Officers concerning Mr Heaviside's paper and they decided that the type necessary to make the corrections is to be cast. Asks for a specimen of the different sigmas so that Rix may let Heaviside choose before the type is cast.

The Messrs had better print the different sigmas in their places in the equations as for instance, on page 38, so that they may see the effect of contact with the adjacent type. Returns herewith Heaviside's proof and the Royal Society's letter to the Messrs of 13 June [not attached].
