TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr Lindfield
Date9 July 1892
DescriptionRix has consulted the Treasurer, John Evans, about Lindfield's estimate. The two rooms upstairs may be done, but the Treasurer will not allow Rix enough money to carry out the whole of the work in the basement. Rix would like to know the cost of all except the long passage, and the broken window in the large lobby area. The latter will be fixed by the Board of Works.
