TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster
Date22 July 1892
DescriptionProfessor Williamson's paper is back from Professor Vines. Rix has heard nothing further from Foster concerning Foster's correspondence with Mr Carruthers, and still awaits instructions.

The Royal Institution applies for leave to use the stone to print the plates for Dr Huggins' lecture, after the Royal Society have finished with it. They print about 80 to 100 copies in pamphlet form and these would be issued before the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' can be ready.
