Informs him that [Herbert George] Wells approached the Society following his travels in Russia asking them to organise the despatch of scientific literature to Russia. Explains that a Committee has been formed to take action on this, separate from the Society, and all monetary donations or books are sent there. Passes on the details of the Secretary of this Committee, Dr. Hagberg Wright.
