DescriptionInforms Mr. Leonard Schuster that his request that certain numbers of the Society's 'Philosophical Transactions' and 'Proceedings' be transmitted to Russian scientific men was recently laid before Council, who are glad to give the whole of the volumes asked for. Notes that he understands the Committee have been sending 'experimental packages' to Russia to test whether they reach their destination, and asks if Mr. Schuster would like the Society to wait until these tests are complete.
