|Informs the Deputy Chairman that their letter of the 30th ultimo has been under consideration by the Officers who have decided to grant them permission to loan the Society's Meeting Room. Informs them that a small charge of two guineas is made to cover the expense of lighting, cleaning and heating in connection with the loan of its meeting room to outside bodies, with an additional half guinea for the use of the lantern.
