Description | Asks Mr. [Frederick Bernard] Pidduck if he would be able to advise the Society as to the suitability for publication of a paper by [Joseph] Proudman, 'The principles of internal ballistics'. Explains that the paper has already been to Professor [Augustus Edward Hough] Love who declined to report on the grounds that Mr. Pidduck would be able to offer a more valuable insight.
