Price & Co. that the question raised in their letter of September 2nd [unspecified] was submitted for consideration to the Society's legal advisors, Messrs Few & Co., who stated that the Society is: 'entitled to call upon the person or persons who are now entitled to the leasehold interest...to repair and amend the pavement lights in compliance with the covenant by the Lease contained in the Lease'.
