Explains that the fundraising scheme in aid of the International Catalogue of Scientific Literature is not being proceeded and therefore he cannot accept cheques towards it. Notes that if the cheque was intended for back volumes of the Catalogue that the Secretary get in touch with the Director of the Catalogue, Dr. [Henry] Forster Morley, direct.
