DescriptionThanks Dr. [John Louis Emil] Dreyer for his latest letter. Urges Dr. Dreyer to write a paper of the kind previously suggested for 'The Observatory' and notes, unless he hears otherwise, he will put forth an application to Council for permission for him to publish extracts from the [John Flamsteed] letters in it. Asks that the Society are given a copy of this paper to preserve upon its completion.
