DescriptionInforms the Lord Rayleigh that the report on [Charles Herbert] Lees' 'The thermal stresses in solid and in hollow circular cylinders concentrically heated' was favourable and suggests passing it under Standing Order 43. Also informs him that they have received a paper by [Jnanendra Nath] Mukherjee, 'Sources of error in the measurement of the electrical charge of colloidal particles by the method of moving boundaries', and asks him to nominate a referee.
