DescriptionInforms the Secretary that the type of the Lord Rayleigh's paper is still standing and he has instruced their printers to pull off eighty copies. With regards to the Dr. Owens paper, regretfully informs them that the type has been partially distributed and they now only have twelve out of twenty pages. Notes that unless they are willing to pay for the type to be reset then there is nothing to be done.
