DescriptionInforms [Colonel Henry George Lyons] that the Society have decided to grant National Committees the ability to appoint up to three 'additional members'. Also informs him that it has been agreed that the sub-Committee of the National Committee for Geodesy and Geophysics should invite two representatives from the Meteorological Society and two from the Astronomical Society, and that the number of the Society's representatives should be reduced to twelve.
