DescriptionInforms Dr [John Scott] Haldane that all members of the Tyndall Mining Bequest Committee (apart from Sir Henry Cunynghame and Sir John Cadman, who are both aborad at present) have approved Haldane's suggestions in his letter to the Committee on 6 October. Asks whether a report in the sense of Haldane's letter should be drawn up and presented to the Council.
