DescriptionInforms Sir Joseph [Ernest] Petavel that he [Hardy] met with Mr Arthur Fleming, Manager of the Research Department of the Metropolitan-Vickers Electrical Company, and learned about his experimental plant to give 500,000 volts now and 1000,000 volts when it is needed. Says that Mr Fleming welcomes any member of Petavel's staff who wishes to study the design, if they have not been already!
