DescriptionSends 2 papers 'A note on 'The Electrode Potentials and the Energy of Solvation' and 'The significance of the Electrode Potential' being an answer to the criticism of J.A.V Butler' by [Jaroslav] Heyrovsky to report on and explains the situation for it. That the first paper was communicated by [Frederick George] Donnan in December 1923 and that the referee found it unfavourable for publishing until Heyrovsky was able to meet the criticism of his previous paper by [John Alfred Valentine Butler in Processions 104.A p.667, which resulted in the second paper.
