Wolf-[Oberhollenzer], it should be published or sent to another referee. Communicated by Sir William Pope, mentions that the paper seems to overlap Chemistry and Biology, and following a discussion with [William Bate] Hardy, come to the decision to refer it to the Chemistry Committee. Suggests printing the paper in both Series A and B of Proceedings.
