DescriptionInforms John William Nicholson that the paper he communicated, 'Activity measurement by the partition method' by [Bernard] Cavanagh; has received a favourable report but that the referee has suggestion certain terms be made clearer for the ordinary scientific reader. Asks Nicholson if the Assistant Secretary [Francis Alexander Towle] should sent the manuscript to the author so these amendments could be made. Includes an extract from the report.
