Description | Updates on the situation of 'The influence of rainfall on the yield of wheat' by [Ronald Aylmer] Fisher, that the Sectional Committee on the 24 January recommended transferring the publication from Transactions to Proceedings, which would mean a drastic condensation form the 60 pages; states that [William Bate] Hardy has been in contact with Fisher who is adamant that the paper should appear in Transactions, so the decision will be left to the Botany Committee; asks Seward, when he is in London to organise a day for the members if the Botany Committee to meet as many live here. |
