Informs him that Mr Wayland Vaughan of the Scripps Institution for Biological Research of the University of California is Chairman, and wishes his committee to include a member from each of the countries represented at the Congress meeting in Australia; the Royal Society has been asked to nominate the British member of this Committee. Asks what the Colonial Office's opinion on this is. |
