DescriptionRix is instructed by the Officers to inform Bell that Professor Victor [Alexander Haden] Horsley desires to photograph the pages of the late Sir Charles Bell's book which contain manuscript notes. The officers consider that Bell's consent should first be obtained, and Rix writes to ask whether Bell has any objection to this being done.
