DescriptionA ceremony of congratulation is to be held at the Sorbonne on 24 December at 10am in honour of Monsieur [Charles] Hermite's 70th birthday. Rix is instructed by the Secretaries to enquire whether Greenhill will be willing to represent the Royal Society on that occasion and asks to know by the following day if possible.
