Title | Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Michael Foster |
Date | [13] March 1893 |
Description | Rix thought Foster would probably like to answer the enclosed himself [not attached]. Holemann[?] who is Secretary to the Duchy of Cornwall and Librarian to the Prince of Wales, is mistaken in his facts. The Prince was admitted in March 1882 having previously paid his composition fee. Perhaps in answering the letter Foster might drop a line to say that the Duke of Edinburgh has never been admitted and though Holemann has nothing to do with him, it might 'come round to his ears'. |
