DescriptionDr [Michael] Foster is presently abroad and Rix will send Whitaker's letter on to him. Meanwhile Rix can answer Whitaker's several questions. The addition to Mr Newton's qualifications can only be made by means of a supplementary certificate. The book 'Fresh Light on the Dynamic Action, &c' is not in the Royal Society's library. The Colour Vision Report can be purchased from Eyre & Spottiswoode as a Blue Book for nine pence.
