TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Edward J Howard, Nocton Rise, Lincoln
Date17 April 1893
DescriptionRix explains why Howard's cheque for property tax for the last half year appears to Rix to be five shillings too little. If Howard has paid tax on the last half year he should recover five shillings and Howard should also give notice of the reduction of rent so that the over-assessment may not be repeated.
