DescriptionInforms the Agent General that Sir William [Bate] Hardy has received a letter, asking him to act on a Committee of the University of Sydney to assist in selecting a Director of Cancer Research at the University. Asks whether the letter is addressed to Hardy in what was his official capacity, since Hardy retired from being the Biological Secreary of the Royal Society last year and has been replaced by Dr [Henry Hallett] Dale.
