Suggests that [Professor Charles Lovatt] Evans draws up a report of the work in progress and forecast what remains to be done, then submit this report to the Foulerton Committee. Suggests that the work be completed by assistants 'as though Starling were still [Foulerton] Professor'. Also discusses the wages of Scuffle.
