TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor E Waymouth Reid, University College, Dundee
Date24 July 1893
Description'Dear Sir,
Herewith I send you by order of Dr Foster, the two photographic plates which accompanied your paper. The Officers have decided that one plate may be allowed, and, if you will prepare a selection of those photographs which will form one plate, and will send to the Cambridge Engraving Co., St Tibbs Row, Cambridge, the negative corresponding, I will obtain an estimate, and have it put in hand. The negatives had better go direct to them, but the newly prepared positive plate had better come to me.
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
