In answer to your's of the 25th, I am sorry to say we cannot trace any manuscript by Marat among our Archives. I cannot positively deny that it is in our possession, as we have a certain amount of material of that period un-indexed; but all our principal manuscripts are indexed, and I do not think it likely that the manuscript is here. If you care to come and make a search, we will give you every assistance.
