Description'Dear Sir,
Referring to your letter of the 5th inst. [instant], I now beg leave to inclose a letter which I should be glad if you would forward to the purchaser of lot 818 of the Phillips' manuscripts. Mr W. White has for many years retired from office, and is entirely confined to his room by a lingering illness. I shall be glad if you will address your catalogues in future to myself, or to the Royal Society in general.
